CrashPlan: shared backup and recovery made easy

Now this seems like a really cool idea, and I’m going to try it out. But my first impressions are not so good. The desktop client is slow, and by slow I mean it is slow in geologic time.
Update 1
- My god it is slow
- many connection failures
- scaling problems on the server backend or just bad design? what does this say about quality and safety of backups…
