NSA: Abuse:

One of the biggest downsides of the NSA tracking program is its potential for abuse. It looks like it is already starting. ABC reports that confidential sources have informed them (face to face) that their phone calls are being tracked (presumably by the NSA):

A senior federal law enforcement official tells ABC News the government is tracking the phone numbers we (Brian Ross and Richard Esposito) call in an effort to root out confidential sources.

The decay is already kicking in…

What about detecting potential calling patterns of big name donors to find potential like minded new big donors (not just terrorists but like for the GOP…)
