Ten must-have OS X programs

I have compiled a list of ten programs that every Mac user should have. Of course, these ten programs are only the tip of the Mac software iceberg, and a lot of programs I like didn’t make it in — there’ll be more apps up soon
Interesting list, here is mine (not including Apple Apps):
- TextMate
- NetNewsWire
- Adium
- Colloqy
- Chicken of the VNC
- Font Explorer
- LaunchBar
- RealBasic
- Zend Studio IDE and Server
- OmniGraffle
