Power TripAB looks at the nutritional challenges then concocts a protein bar, an “energy” bar, and a very healthy puffed rice treat that is also “crispy”.
The protein bar is actually good. Here’s the info for the protein bars: 154.01 kilocalories 21.08g carbs 8.41g protein 4.79g fat 2.14g fiber 91.92 mg sodium 17.78 mg cholesterol and it tastes good.
Nice to see they have kept the sodium level down. Some of these bars are ridiculous for the daily intake. However, if you are on a huge workout it can help with retaining fluids.
Just watch how many bars you eat. The above sounds great… have you got a link?
