The badish: at some point some app yesterday raised the slider on this control and I thought my monitor on my mini was going wonky. All of a sudden the screen was washed out. I tried playing with the monitor settings, did some color profiles, switched from the analog cable and adaptor to a digital connection (the analog works with my KVM) even tried another monitor… Then I clicked on the “universal access” icon and noticed it set about half way. Put it back and all was good in Sam land.

Spotlight is bugging me a little bit. It indexes after I save a realbasic project or build, if I try to save again quickly it throws a file busy error and I have to wait a second to be able to save, I am uncomfortable with not being able to save when I want. It also makes me nervous when the act of saving throws an error.
